Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches specific to each client's challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing continuous monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to clients seeking the convenience of virtual appointments, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for those facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation that reflects your assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with industry regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n
