Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure the company's financial data is up to date. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Manage payroll entries and ensure timely processing
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as needed

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
