Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the client’s specific challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring they receive adequate support and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, many of whom face varying degrees of challenges such as trauma, mental health issues, and socioeconomic disparities. Your efforts will directly contribute to their wellbeing and empowerment by providing therapeutic support, resource navigation, and advocacy. A strong emphasis will be placed on building trusting relationships to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
