Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and establish individualized treatment goals.

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients dealing with a wide array of mental health and psychosocial challenges, ensuring a safe and confidential space for expression.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions aimed at addressing shared experiences among clients, fostering supportive networks, and delivering psychoeducation on coping strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined, measurable goals, utilizing evidence-based techniques to track progress over time.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring clients have access to emergency resources as needed.

• Advocate proactively for clients' rights by assisting them in navigating both healthcare and community resources in order to remove barriers to essential services.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, in strict adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related challenges. As part of a detox center, you will help clients embark on their recovery journey, addressing both mental and emotional aspects of their health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Clinical experience providing direct social work and counseling services, preferably within a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
