Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychotherapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Administer psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, informing your diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect client goals and address mental health, substance use, and psychosocial challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention in urgent situations, including conducting risk assessments for suicide or self-harm, and determining the need for possible hospitalization.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure holistic care and effective communication regarding client progress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment updates, and outcomes in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with a current LCSW license to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
