Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders both in office and in community-based settings.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust and respect in all interactions.

• Implement evidence-based assessment tools for initial screenings and conduct detailed assessments as needed, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Create, implement, and adjust integrated care plans that outline treatment goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the client’s needs and preferences.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and follow up with clients to monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Participate proactively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and share insights on client progress, collaboratively setting goals as a unit.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Manage a caseload, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with organizational protocols, including report generation and data submission.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and clinical practices.

• Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring crisis management and continuity of care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a yearly salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
