Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to deliver an integrated approach to care that supports a holistic recovery process.

• Regularly monitor treatment progress by systematically tracking outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on patient response, whether the sessions are conducted in person or virtually.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medication adherence, focusing on monitoring the effectiveness of treatments and communicating any concerns regarding side effects to the prescribing medical professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
