Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges and needs.

• Design and implement individualized service plans that set specific, measurable goals and interventions for clients.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support to individual clients and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they receive the assistance necessary to achieve their goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to manage immediate client needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations to coordinate services and effectively advocate for clients’ needs.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of social challenges, including homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and poverty. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
