Per Diem Pharmacist | Phoenix, Arizona

This per diem role offers the opportunity to provide pharmacy services in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in Phoenix, AZ. The position involves filling prescriptions and processing orders with a daily volume of 50-100 prescriptions. Flexibility in start times supports a well-balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Accurately fill prescriptions and process medication orders
Manage a prescription volume of approximately 50 to 100 per day
Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

Current Arizona Pharmacist license required
Experience in retail pharmacy and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings
Ability and willingness to fill prescriptions efficiently and accurately

Schedule:

Per diem position
4 to 5 working hours daily
Flexible start times between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Starting date: March 7th or 8th
