Job Description

Position:

Pricing Coordinator for New Cibo Vita LLC (Totowa, NJ).

Job Duties:

Support Cibo Vita’s Global Revenue Department by assisting with all activities related to product pricing, cost analysis, and margin optimization. Work to ensure that product prices are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company profitability goals across domestic and international markets. Coordinate closely with the Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to analyze product costs, prepare pricing proposals, and maintain data integrity across internal systems. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical ability. Maintain and update all product price lists in the company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Ensure pricing information is accurate and consistent across customer accounts, contracts, and internal databases.

Review product costs, sales volumes, and profit margins to identify pricing inconsistencies or improvement opportunities. Analyze data and prepare summary reports. Work closely with the VP of Global Business Development & Revenue Strategies, Sales Operations, and Finance Controller to review and implement approved pricing adjustments. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to align pricing with promotional activities and new product launches.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a closely related field, plus experience or academic training in pricing, finance, data analysis, or a related business function.

Experience or academic training must include the following: Working with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation); Financial Management; Financial Statement Analysis; Cost Accounting; Management and Organization and Marketing Principles.
