In this role, you will be laying beads on real production and custom fabrication work where fit-up, material handling, and weld quality truly matter.

What You Will Do

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding according to blueprint specifications.
• Work with various metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
• Set up welding equipment, adjust parameters, and prepare materials for fit-up.
• Inspect completed welds visually to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

What You Need

• Hands-on MIG and/or TIG welding experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols correctly.
• Experience working with carbon steel, stainless, or aluminum preferred.
• Ability to pass a standard shop weld test during the hiring process.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
