Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator in Waukesha, WI to join their dedicated team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator Waukesha, WI

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $17/hr. 

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
• Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds throughout the shift
• Stand for the entire 8-hour shift, maintaining focus and productivity
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals
• Use computers and computer screens to input and track data accurately

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively using walkie-talkies and other tools
• Basic understanding of working around computers and screens
