Bucks Bama Blitz is looking for a Business Development Representative to support customer acquisition and business growth campaigns across Birmingham. As a Business Development Representative, you'll speak directly with customers, introduce products and services, understand their needs, and help create new customer opportunities through face-to-face interaction. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop practical experience in business development, sales, customer engagement, and relationship building while working alongside an experienced team. No previous business development experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided. What You'll Be Doing As a Business Development Representative, you'll play an important role in creating new customer opportunities and supporting campaign growth.
