Salesforce DeveloperHybrid 3x per week onsite in Coppell TexasJob Description:6+ years of experienceStrong Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations)OmniStudioAgentForceData CloudLightning Web Components (LWC), AuraApex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)Strong UI/UX design capabilities (building modern, responsive frontends)JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentalsAbility to work in a hybrid, pod-based team environmentDesired SkillsFamiliarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps and APIsKnowledge of DevOps practices (agile, CI/CD, deployments)Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with UX/UI designers and translate business requirements into solutionsDirectly contribute to AAA's migration from Sales Cloud to Service CloudBuild and customize Service Cloud applications (case management, agent consoles, knowledge base, omni-channel routing)Design and maintain Lightning Web Components and other UI featuresCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create consistent, user-friendly interfacesIntegrate Salesforce with external systems for seamless data flowOptimize agent workflows through UI customization and automationDevelop a universal look and feel across all member-facing applications
