Engineering Project Administrator

Industrial Manufacturing | Full-Time | on-site job Mon-Fri About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Project Administrator to support our engineering and operations teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects. This role serves as the organizational backbone for project activities, ensuring timelines, documentation, and cross-functional communication stay on track. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, production, and procurement teams Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and compliance records Track project budgets, purchase orders, and vendor communications Facilitate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute action items and status updates Support engineering staff with administrative tasks including RFQ processing, material requisitions, and contractor coordination Monitor project progress and flag issues or delays to project managers and stakeholders Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory documentation standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or an industrial environment Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and ERP/MRP systems Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
