We have opportunities across our F&A team, AEC, Technology, Life Sciences and Legal O ur Legal and Professional Services team in NYC is hiring for a 180 experienced legal or professional services recruiter (direct hire or temp). They are also open to 360 recruiters that would like to build out a book of business and focus on full desk. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry Key Responsibilities Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placement Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals What We Offer Continuous training and professional development Aggressive commission structure with earning potent ial from $25,000–$250,000 annually on top of base (depends on level and overall responsibilities regarding salary) Paid time off: holidays, sick leave, vacation Employee referral program Advanced AI tools and technology, Laptops and desktops day 1, stipends Team culture: holiday parties, happy hours, outings, summer half-day Fridays, and more Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or sales Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed #J-18808-Ljbffr
