Business Analyst

Job Summary Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Responsibilities Elicit and document detailed business requirements. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Support backlog refinement sessions to prioritize and clarify requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users and development teams. Ensure delivered solutions align with business needs and objectives. Conduct requirements analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs. Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization activities. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. Validate that implemented solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria. Continuously communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates. Support testing activities by providing clear acceptance criteria and reviewing test results. Salary The salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000 annually. Variable compensation such as a bonus or other component is based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
