The role requires frequent travel, both domestically and internationally, to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, is necessary to accommodate varying schedules and urgent requirements. Additionally, being on call for immediate assistance ensures swift resolution of any pressing issues that may arise.
Field Service Technicians are entrusted with a high level of autonomy, requiring them to independently manage their responsibilities and make informed decisions in the field. As representatives of the company, they bear the responsibility of upholding professional standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the values and reputation of our company while in the field.

• Installation: Expertly install industrial laundry systems at customer locations, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with our equipment, encompassing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software complexities.
• Repair: Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance on our systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Training: Provide comprehensive on-site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used for reference and reporting.

• On-Call Availability: This position will be part of an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent customer issues promptly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
