Front Desk Coordinator

Legacy Village of Salt River Looking for a role where you can make someone's day a little brighter? Legacy Village of Salt River is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. In this role, you'll help create a professional and welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily office operations and assisting community leadership with administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and providing exceptional service in a senior living environment. Pay $18.00-$18.50 per hour Starting pay is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications. Team members may have opportunities for future wage growth through performance and development programs. What You'll Do Welcome residents, families, visitors, and business partners as they arrive Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Support administrative functions for community leadership Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination Maintain resident and office records with accuracy and confidentiality Help coordinate office supplies and general administrative needs Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff Ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and inviting What We're Looking For Friendly and approachable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer programs Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information Dependable attendance and positive attitude Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, healthcare, or senior living is helpful, but we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds.
