Bilingual English/Japanese Sr. Sales Manager (Food Manufacturing) (CA/YM)

A Food manufacturing company is seeking a A food manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Garden Grove, CA . This position is responsible for leading and managing the Mainstream West sales team across grocery retail and distributor accounts across the Western U.S. A bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of sales experience, 2 years of leadership experience, experience working with FOOD distributors and the ability to travel is required. Ability to speak Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid, position with excellent benefits, basic bonus, and 401k.

(Schedule: 1 day in person, 4 days WFH)

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Duties:

-Implement and monitor sales activities to achieve company objectives

-Work with sales team and oversee team performance

-Review, create and present sales results and market insights to upper management

-Manage Western U.S. broker network

-Monitors the team’s Accounts Receivable

-Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and alignment with company goals and strategies

-Train new employees and sales representatives

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Skills:

-Must have a bachelor's degree

- Must have at least 5 years of sales experience

-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

-Experience working with food distributors

-Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Must be able to travel

-Able to stand for extended periods

-Ability to speak Japanese is a big plus, but not mandatory
