Weekend Administrative & Switchboard Assistant

Providence Mount St. Vincent is seeking a courteous, detail-oriented receptionist/clerical assistant for weekend evening shifts (Sat and Sun 4:30pm-8:30pm) to support the Resource Center. You will perform switchboard coverage, word processing, mail delivery, and maintain HR forms while delivering superior customer service to administrators, program managers, and department heads.
