This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth services to connect with clients across various demographics. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, groups, and couples.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to provide integrated care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current on mental health trends and methodologies.

• Promote client engagement and commitment to treatment by utilizing motivational interviewing and other client-centered approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with diverse individuals and families grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing culturally competent care, you will support clients from various backgrounds and ensure that our services are inclusive and sensitive to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is necessary.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and communication technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
