Responsibilities Recommend, develop, implement, administer, coordinate, and evaluate Academic Personnel policies, labor contracts, statutes, programs, and procedures covering academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement. Oversee compensation and salary administration, faculty welfare programs, visa procurement, benefits, payroll, training and development, faculty misconduct, and faculty equity. Resolve moderate to complex academic personnel issues affecting a broad range of academic titles using practical and innovative methods. Professional Learning and Growth Actively contribute to a team environment that fosters and promotes a culture of belonging. Complete required training on time and engage in learning opportunities pertinent to the position or as suggested by the supervisor. Required Qualifications Thorough knowledge of and ability to apply/interpret university and college policies governing academic HR. Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex management issues, develop project scope, provide advice to senior officials, and make critical personnel decisions. Excellent communication, critical and innovative thinking, diplomatic, detail‑oriented, and customer‑oriented approach. Strong project management, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships. Salary & Benefits The budgeted annual salary range is $82,800.00 – $116,300.00.
