Work Environment

This is an onsite position within a state-of-the-art outpatient office, designed to facilitate optimal patient care and rehabilitation outcomes. The work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, hands-on care to patients, addressing unique rehabilitation objectives and physical limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of orthopedic modalities to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Engage patients in tailored exercise regimens that promote strength, flexibility, and functional coordination.
• Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously using EMR software like Web PT, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Educate patients on self-care strategies and preventative measures to maintain long-term health and mobility.
• Work synergistically with fellow healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment protocols and adapt plans based on patient feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with an impeccable record, free of sanctions or board actions.

• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for comprehensive patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, based on experience.
