Covenant Woods is looking for a Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team and help lead daily kitchen operations while providing delicious, high-quality dining to our residents.

Pay:
- $25-30 hourly based on experience
- Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun 11:00 a.m. -7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday and every other weekend off
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and quality standards
- Provide direction and support to culinary staff during assigned shifts
- Help coordinate daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth meal service
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and temperatures
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Assist with inventory, food preparation, and maintaining an organized kitchen
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment
- Provide excellent service to our residents and guests
- Previous cooking experience with 3 years in a commercial, healthcare, senior living, restaurant, or institutional setting preferred
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required
- A positive, dependable, and service-oriented attitude required
