Housing Stability Navigator & Case Manager
MHMR of Tarrant County
MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Direct Care Clinical Therapist/Social Worker/Case Worker to provide ongoing services for patients experiencing housing crises or homelessness within our MHMR Tarrant supportive housing program. The navigator will assist patients with housing options, coordinate CAS referrals, and support access to housing through the referral and lease process, combining compassionate, person-centered care with crisis intervention skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr MHMR of Tarrant County
