Supportive Housing Case Manager
MHMR of Tarrant County
MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Direct Care - Clinical Therapist/Social Worker/Case Worker to provide ongoing services for individuals experiencing housing crises within MHMR’s supportive housing programs. The navigator will specialize in assisting patients with housing options, coordinating CAS referrals, and working with housing case managers to ensure timely access to housing and leases. A Bachelor’s degree in health and human services is required, with QMHP-CS certification eligible and #J-18808-Ljbffr MHMR of Tarrant County
