As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Northwell Counselling Services, you will work remotely within an outpatient office framework. This hybrid model allows for a balanced approach to therapy, combining the accessibility of virtual sessions with the possibility for in-person interactions when necessary. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients.

• Document clinical sessions meticulously, ensuring all records are compliant with HIPAA regulations and California state laws.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect that promotes therapeutic progress.

• Advocate for clients in crisis situations, providing interventions and resources to facilitate immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted LMFT license issued in California.

• The ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively, providing immediate interventions when necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the team.
