Join our healthcare partner and deliver essential nursing and restorative care under the guidance of LPNs and RNs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. This position offers the chance to work in a rural setting, just two hours from Boston, MA, where your skills and dedication will be highly valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer specified skin care treatments according to facility protocol
• Support residents with ambulation and movement, including range of motion exercises
• Provide assistance with nutrition and bodily waste management
• Ensure a safe environment by reacting to emergencies and maintaining resident safety
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Comply with infection control techniques and respect residents' spiritual beliefs

Requirements:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Must be willing to float
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Experience in rural/small facilities highly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• COVID-19 vaccine required (declinations/exemptions not accepted)
