This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing day-to-day administrative support to help keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications
  • Order office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and support duties as needed
