Sales Support / Accounting Admin

Join a family-owned custom printing company with great stability and work environment!! Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Tucker, GA, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support / Accounting Admin to join their tight-knit team!

$21-22/hour | Full-time | Temp to Hire

What You'll Do

• Answer phones as a primary responsibility; respond to emails and process mail
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring records are complete and current
• Prepare checks and financial reports
• Update ledgers; research and resolve discrepancies
• Work with the accounts receivable team to resolve account issues
• Respond to vendor, client, and internal department requests
• General office and administrative support tasks

What We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of accounting procedures and principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, courteous manner with strong customer service skills
• Computer literacy and strong typing skills; accounting software experience a plus
