Voice Actor - German Speakers (AI Training) About the Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional German-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality speech samples and evaluate AI-generated audio - helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just a professional command of spoken German and a quality recording setup.

- Record high-quality voice samples in German from provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural spoken delivery
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
- Fluent in German with a natural, clear, and expressive speaking voice
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, cadence, and vocal quality
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
- No AI background required
- Experience with remote recording workflows or audio production tools
- Familiarity with AI tools or speech evaluation as an end user
- Background in broadcast, theatre, e-learning narration, or commercial voice work
- Awareness of regional German accent variations - Standard, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible - record when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
- Make a direct, tangible impact on how AI understands and produces human speech in German
- Gain meaningful exposure to how frontier large language and speech models are trained
