CNC Operator

Hiring Immediately for 2nd and 3rd Shift CNC OperatorsPay: $25-30 (Based on shift/experience)Shift: 2nd shift (1:30pm-10pm)3rd shift (9:30pm-6am)ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery as per the operating instructions and ensure efficient production processes.Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) to meet quality and efficiency standards.Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines and ensure continuous supply without interruptions.Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.Maintain activity logs and report on daily production volumes and quality.Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic repairs and maintenance when necessary.Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.Always adhere to safety guidelines and company regulations.Communicate any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution.Monitor and manage inventory of materials and parts needed for machine operation.Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with machine technology and operation techniques.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency.Have experience with measuring toolsEssential SkillsManufacturing experienceAbility to read a tape measureMachine operation and monitoring skillsAbility to read blueprints and schematicsExperience with CNC operation and press brakeUnderstanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulationsAnalytical skills and attention to detailTeamwork and communication skillsAbility to follow written and oral instructionsFamiliarity with control operations and automated equipmentBasic computer and mathematical skillsProven experience as a machine operatorAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.At least one year of experience in a Machine Shop.Preference for candidates with experience in a fabrication machine shop.Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.PTO, flexible spending, health savings account, 401k and employee assistance programsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Upper Chichester, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Medical PTO and other options. i have the guide that i will attach to chatterWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Upper Chichester,PA.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Sep 7, 2026.
