THE GIST:

Our client, a successful tech founder & CEO, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, & personable Personal Assistant to support their family in San Francisco. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier for others, keeping a household running smoothly, and jumping in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is warm, discreet, resourceful, and highly attentive to detail, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership. This is a wonderful opportunity to become a trusted partner to a close-knit family, with the potential for the role to grow over time. They are open to a 24-40 hr./week schedule, depending on the candidate.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Manage day-to-day household needs, including errands, shopping, returns, mailing packages, organizing, and general household upkeep
• Maintain the family calendar, schedule personal appointments, and send reminders for upcoming events and commitments
• Oversee and coordinate with nannies, household staff, and outside service providers
• Serve as the point person for household maintenance and projects, coordinating with vendors and managing timelines and budgets
• Manage incoming mail, packages, and documents, including opening, organizing, and scanning as needed
• Assist with school pickups/drop-offs and occasional childcare for two children as needed
• Walk and care for the family dog/puppy
• Arrange family travel, including transportation, reservations, and detailed itineraries
• Assist with ordering and/or preparing healthy lunches and meals as needed
• Help plan and execute family gatherings and events, including larger, highly creative celebrations
• Interact with family guests and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
• Take on miscellaneous personal and household projects as needed — no two days will look exactly the same

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 3+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, House Manager, and/or Executive Assistant
• A true “pitch in wherever needed” mentality and willingness to take ownership of a wide variety of tasks
• Exceptionally organized with a meticulous eye for detail
• Warm, personable, and approachable communication style
• Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs without being asked
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Ability to interact comfortably with family, children, household staff, vendors, and guests
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working around an executive who works from home
• Fluency in French is a major plus
• Valid CA Driver’s License- the family has a vehicle available for use and rideshare services can also be utilized

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Onsite) - Primarily based out of the family's home, with potential flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week once established in the role

COMPENSATION: $100-125k base salary depending on hours, skills, experience, and expertise
