Job Description:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, piping systems, and rotating equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including switchgear, breakers, transformers, MCCs, and control circuits.
- Assist with instrumentation maintenance, including calibration, testing, and basic repairs of transmitters, sensors, and control devices.
- Conduct equipment inspections, vibration analysis, and thermography to identify potential issues before failure.
- Support plant operations by responding to equipment alarms, system abnormalities, and emergency situations.
- Perform lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and site standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment condition, and spare parts usage in the plant's CMMS system.
- Collaborate with operations staff and contractors to support outages, upgrades, and capital projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and safety culture.
