Assistant Professional of Racquet Sports The Club at Carlton Woods, located in The Woodlands, Texas, is hiring for the position of Assistant Professional of Racquet Sports. Qualifications: RSPA certified, 4.5+ playing level, one to five years of full-time teaching experience, able to work well with staff and members, self-motivated professional, experience with Ladies’ group drills, Pickleball experience a plus. The Assistant Professional will be responsible for conducting group and private lessons in tennis, assisting and directing the implementation of new programs and events for both tennis & pickleball and orchestrating Junior Tennis Program classes. Must be available on Saturdays. Strong social skills and organizational skills are a must. The compensation package includes full-time status, hourly wage, lesson and stringing commission, medical/dental benefits, and 401k plan. No work visa assistance will be provided.
