Immigration Paralegal

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an Immigration Paralegal to prepare and file USCIS forms and draft supporting letters for visas and petitions. You will assist attorneys with H-1B/L-1/E-3/E-2, TN, O-1, PERMs and I-140s, among others, while maintaining client contact throughout the case lifecycle.
You will coordinate with government agencies, review documents, gather evidence, and ensure deadlines are met. A paralegal certificate is a plus and strong writing skills are required.
