Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Holliday's Helping Hands, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs and crafting tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborating closely with case managers, psychiatrists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Providing crisis intervention strategies during urgent situations, employing your clinical expertise to offer immediate support and guidance.

• Engaging in outreach activities to promote awareness of mental health issues within the community, aiming to reduce stigma and improve accessibility to services.

Your role will encompass working with a wide variety of clients, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
