divh2Outside Sales Account Manager/h2pOutside Sales Account Manager requires an in depth understanding of the various aspects of the building materials supply business and generate in excess of $2 million in sales./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/ppThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time./pulliGenerate sales growth from a portfolio of accounts you created/liliAid in identifying new category sales opportunities within existing accounts/liliAttend client/builder meetings in showroom, client office, and/or jobsite/liliConduct product selection meetings with client/builder in our showroom/liliTravel to job sites to perform jobsite verification of window/millwork specs/measurements on ongoing projects/liliPerform material take-offs on smaller scale projects/liliRespond to builder communications via phone/email/text/liliAssemble job packs for the installer/liliBe involved in the order process from estimating through ordering/liliAssist the sales team with all details of ongoing projects/liliCommunicating with inside support staff/liliTalking with vendors/liliAssisting customers when help is needed at front counter./liliStay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliRequires High School Diploma and 3-5 years of lumberyard experience or 2-4 year degree related to business or construction industry./liliMathematical skills required to add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements of square foot and cubic foot/liliStrong computer skills and understanding of Zuern Building Products software platform/liliSelf-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction/liliAbility to work under minimal supervision/liliMust be able to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, climb and reach/liliVast product knowledge of building materials and practices/liliRequires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and customers/liliExcellent customer service skills/li/ulpWork Requirements:/pulliValid Wisconsin drivers license and medically able to operate a Zuern company vehicle/liliMust be willing and able to travel with Zuern provided company vehicle up to 60 percent of the time/li/ul/div
