Discover your next opportunity at Berkadia and apply today.The Real Estate Analyst - Deal Management is responsible for performing a variety of activities and projects, including financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages. This role supports the national GSE production team and involves collaboration with various Berkadia divisions. Additionally, the analyst provides project assistance to help grow the firm's national mortgage banking production.ResponsibilitiesActively communicate with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network regarding products and policies.Perform analyst duties for the national Agency origination team, including reviewing, sizing, and pricing multifamily transactions with the product originations team during the quote process, and communicating with Fannie Mae.Draft quotes for the business and credit teams, input quotes into the Salesforce-based internal tracking system, and prepare internal approval memos for Berkadia’s Credit Committee.Understand and review loan servicing data and analyze multifamily market information, such as rent/sale comps, capitalization rates, market vacancy, industry trends, and competitor information, to evaluate loan opportunities and support the development of the production platform.Other duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.0-3 years of experience in a similar position.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.#LI-HF1We believe People Matter, so we offer benefits that go beyond:• Monthly paid volunteer hours and donation matching to benefit our communities• Employee Resource Groups that help you grow with us• Fertility and family planning services• Up to 12-weeks of fully paid parental leave• Mental health care, including free counseling sessions:• We'll help you fund your learning journey with generous tuition reimbursement• Pet insurance discounts• And more!Be Your Best Self.
