Meta Sales Specialist

Overview Become a Meta Sales Specialist at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Shape the future of wearable tech and earn $20 per hour plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly contests and spiffs. Work two 6‑hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible start times (11AM–5PM or 12PM–6PM). Additional holiday shifts are added in November and December for high‑traffic shopping days. Next‑day pay is available through DailyPay. About the Role As a part‑time Meta Sales Specialist, you will connect directly with customers to create engaging, informative shopping experiences centered around Meta’s AR/VR technology and wearables. In this customer‑facing role you will represent the Meta brand on the sales floor, build strong relationships with retail leaders and associates, deliver product training, and confidently recommend solutions that meet each shopper’s needs. Responsibilities Showcase Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and other devices to help customers understand how the products enhance fitness, gaming, and entertainment. Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable Meta products. Represent Meta and associated companies with professionalism and a welcoming attitude, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success. Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and support a positive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device. Adhere to all operational policies and respect established hierarchies while representing Meta. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Ownership of a smartphone with iOS 11 or Android Samsung S25 or equivalent. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20lbs occasionally, and perform continuous hand/eye coordination tasks. Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
