Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and complex laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to immunology-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, adeptly troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analytical testing when required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in the training of new employees or interns, and ensure adherence to the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a safe and orderly working environment, diligently following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of your start date.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification is required throughout your tenure.
