Job Description
Vaco is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager / Bookkeeper to provide temporary office and accounting support. The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and customer service, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and assist customers.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and help maintain daily office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Construction or property management experience is a plus but not required.
Work Environment: Onsite position
