As our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting residents, guests, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor. - Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling inquiries. - Maintaining an organized front desk and assisting with administrative tasks. - Supporting the team with scheduling and communication needs. - Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - A professional and approachable attitude. - Proficiency with basic office software and multitasking.
