Key Responsibilities Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and high-volume cold calling Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with key decision-makers to present IT staffing and executive search solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and networking Leverage client meetings, lunches, and industry events to strengthen partnerships Prepare and present client proposals and service solutions Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and overall fit Stay connected within the industry to generate referrals and market insight Partner with internal leadership to develop account strategies and maximize client satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed revenue and activity goals Negotiate compensation packages, employment terms, and offer details with candidates Manage onboarding processes including references, background checks, and screenings Oversee contract employees throughout their assignments to ensure successful delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven success in outside sales, account management, or IT staffing Strong track record of generating new business through cold calling and prospecting Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment Excellent relationship-building skills, including comfort with in-person meetings and client entertainment Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly competitive, results-driven mindset Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Realistic earning potential exceeding $100K+ within the first two years Performance Incentives Top performers are recognized through an elite rewards program, which may include: Significant cash bonuses Equity or stock incentives All-expenses-paid trips to exclusive destinations for you and a guest Work Environment Hybrid schedule in either Atlanta or Nashville High-performance, collaborative culture Strong leadership support and career growth opportunities Compensation: $150,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr CareerPro Staffing
