Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health needs, identify strengths, and address challenges faced by clients.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group therapy settings, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create and monitor individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and client-centered.

• Engage in crisis intervention by performing risk assessments, developing safety plans, and providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Advocate for clients by actively connecting them to community resources, offering case management services, and ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.

• Participate in ongoing community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
