Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the counseling needs of clients, utilizing DSM criteria for substance abuse diagnosis.

• Prepare and implement the substance abuse counseling components of treatment plans, ensuring they align with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) standards.

• Develop comprehensive discharge and continuum of care plans, facilitating clients' transitions to appropriate levels of care.

• Document all services including assessments, treatment activities, and follow-up care in clients’ clinical records to maintain accurate and current information.

• Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining meticulous case management and ensuring regular updates through treatment planning and clinical charting.

• Coordinate support services for clients and their families, documenting these services to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Engage with referral sources, such as legal representatives and employers, to build a robust support network for clients.
\n
• Implement interventions for crisis-oriented challenges, using a team-based approach to address the complex needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
