Job Summary Horizon Media runs the premier marketing analytics practice in the United States, advising major brands on optimal marketing programs. We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Analytics to apply data science within a marketing context and drive insights for clients. What You’ll Do 4% Data Communication/Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with media planning and brand strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies that align with campaign and brand goals. Communicate concise data points, trends, and measurement strategies to audiences ranging from technical experts to brand managers. Drive innovation by developing new analytical approaches, optimizing data workflows, and designing scalable data structures. 2% KPI/Reporting & Dashboard/Visualization Development Build robust data visualizations and interactive dashboards that deliver information intelligently and digestibly. 2% Analysis & Insight Generation Query database tables into analyzable formats suitable for visualization. Analyze information to deliver insights, results, and optimization suggestions. Filter reported data layers to provide concise and constructive analysis for internal and external stakeholders. 2% Client Management Manage client expectations and present key findings throughout engagements. Proficiency in ad-serving, ad verification, and site analytics platforms such as DCM, Innovid, Extreme Reach, IAS, Double Verify, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with database design concepts and SQL. Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement platforms and methodology. Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, and communication. Understanding of multi-touch attribution and advanced analytics in media evaluation.
