IT Sales Manager - Japanese Bilingual Location: New York City - Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-Office and Remote) Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year Salary Negotiability: Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to accelerate business growth by leading sales strategy, pipeline development, new customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will help clients advance their digital transformation through solutions such as cloud services, IT infrastructure, system development, SaaS, and IT consulting. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, closing strategic opportunities, improving sales processes, and developing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies and action plans Execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets Identify and develop new business opportunities Optimize sales activities based on market and customer data Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients Pipeline Management Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline Manage and analyze sales opportunities using CRM platforms such as Salesforce Improve the accuracy of revenue forecasts Monitor and improve pipeline coverage Lead major sales opportunities through negotiation and closing Revenue and Performance Management Develop and manage sales budgets Establish and monitor sales KPIs Track revenue performance and progress toward sales goals Improve sales processes, reporting methods, and team productivity Use data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales team members Build and maintain a high-performing sales organization Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching Promote accountability and consistent execution across the sales team Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, engineering, and affiliated teams Coordinate internal resources to develop and deliver appropriate client solutions Support the development of proposals and presentations for strategic accounts Key Performance Indicators Annual revenue achievement Pipeline coverage ratio Pipeline growth Number of new customers acquired Win rate Average deal size Length of the sales cycle Forecast accuracy Required Qualifications At least 7 years of B2B IT sales experience At least 3 years of sales team management experience Extensive experience in sales pipeline management and revenue forecasting Experience managing sales activities through CRM platforms such as Salesforce Strong data-driven sales strategy and analytical skills Professional or near-native Japanese proficiency Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT, SaaS, or solution sales Sales experience involving AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience selling digital transformation or IT consulting services Enterprise sales experience Experience managing multiple sales teams Business-level English proficiency Ideal Candidate Uses data to design and execute effective sales strategies Can build a strong pipeline and generate sustainable revenue growth Has a demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and close major opportunities Can lead, coach, and motivate a sales team Works independently and takes initiative Performs effectively in a fast-paced business environment Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $100,000-$120,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus Paid time off Medical insurance: The company covers 100% of the employee premium and 50% of the family premium Dental insurance: The company covers 100% of the employee premium; family coverage is available at the employee's expense 401(k) plan without employer matching Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of in-office and remote work Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Humina Resource
