Responsibilities Coach, develop, and lead a team of Sales Leads to exceed sales goals. Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Monitor district sales performance and develop action plans to improve results. Ensure supplier programs, promotions, and company initiatives are executed successfully. Build strong relationships with retailers, suppliers, and key business partners. Understand every route within your district and provide support when coverage is needed. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members. Analyze sales reports, identify opportunities, and make data-driven business decisions. Partner with operations and leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and business results. Represent Quality Brands professionally throughout the market. What We\'re Looking For We\'re looking for a leader who enjoys being in the field, not behind a desk. The ideal candidate will have: Previous sales leadership or district management experience. Beverage, consumer packaged goods, wholesale distribution, or related industry experience preferred. Proven success coaching and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Experience using sales reports and business data to improve performance. A valid driver\'s license and an acceptable driving record. Travel Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required. Occasional overnight travel should be expected. Flexibility to support route coverage and customer needs throughout the district.
